I'm Omor Faruk, Founder & CEO based in Bangladesh. I work directly with clients to understand their goals, requirements and expectations, then lead the project from planning through final delivery.
I own and lead a digital company supported by a team of 60+ professionals working across different service areas. My role isn't to personally perform every task. Instead, I stay directly involved with the client, organize the project, coordinate the right people, monitor progress and personally review the final result before delivery.
For me, a project is more than a task to complete — it's a responsibility. I want every client to have a clear point of contact, a structured process, and confidence that someone is personally overseeing the work from beginning to end.

I discuss your goals, requirements, budget, timeline and expectations with you.
I turn the requirements into a practical plan with clear priorities and milestones.
I identify the relevant service category and assign the work to the appropriate Category Leader and team members.
The assigned team members carry out the required work while the Category Leader oversees it within that service area.
The person or people who completed the work review it first and correct any issues they find.
The relevant Category Leader reviews the work for quality, completeness and project requirements.
After the Category Leader approves the work, it comes to me for a final review.
Once I approve the completed work, it is delivered to you.
I remain available after delivery for future updates, improvements, fixes and other project-related support.
No. I'm the Founder & CEO and the main client-facing person. I handle communication, requirements, planning, coordination, project oversight and final review. The team working under me handles the technical, creative and operational execution required for each project.
